BST TIME CHANGE PLEASE READ!!!

SKY+UPDATE - INCORRECT TIME SHOWING IN SKY GUIDE

We are aware that some customers with Sky+ boxes are seeing British Summer Time shown in the Sky Guide this morning following the overnight seasonal clock change.

We are investigating how to correct this. We have verified that the impact appears limited to the wrong time being shown in the clock. Watching live TV, recordings, and downloading and playing On Demand appear to be working correctly

This doesn't affect customers with Sky Q and Sky Glass

For the first time ever my tv guide never changed with the clocks.

I have unplugged and reset.

For those posting about about the time not changin g in the Sky + boxes, there is is nothing you can do to force it, just be patient and the system will update itself at some point in the morning.

It's likely the changes won't happen until after 3am, there is nothing to panic about.

We are having the same problem....time of sky tv guide is also incorrect.

Box has not switched time to GMT

Hi,

My Sky+ box has not switched to GMT when the clocks changed.

i can't find a setting that will let me change time manually. Is there anything I can do?

We are having the same problem. Have tried restarting the Skybox but to no avail.

The clock does not appear to have updated and so is one hr ahead. Please fix this as soon as possible. Also will any pre-recorded programmes still be on time.

Tried all suggestions on Sky help page but the problem is not listed so I can only assume there is not a problem.

No help at all.

How much are we paying for a crap service?
