How can I book an engineer The phone numbers they ask you to use don't connect to anything ?

My sky box has not worrked for a week It is stuck with the error message...sky box initializing ..no signal How do I get an engineer call out the 2 numbers quoted do not conect to anything ????

Whe calling you need to remain on the phone past the automated messages, when asked why your call say technical. If you are calling the 03 number then this is the correct number

03 number does not work ?? just sounds like an engaged tone all the time from landline and wont connect at all from mobile
