Error 25 no signal

Hi, wonder if anyone can help me, I'm having trouble with my Sky + box. Error 25 Your Sky+ box isn't getting a satellite signal. Your recordings in the planner and the on demand service may still be available. I've tried restarting the box on many occasions and unplugging from the mains and downloading the latest software but still nothing is happening.

Check your cables are plugged in properly, if they are then this is most likely a dish issue, that only a call out will rectify

Forgot to say I live in a block of flats all my equipment is plugged in properly, is this still most likely to be a dish issue?

I guess something in your communal system needs looking at, you'll need to contact your building maintenance people to have it looked at, as sky don't deal with communal equipment

Its not necessarily a dish issue. I have 3 boxes, one has nss 25 but the rest are fine so probably a box issue.

Possibly, but more likely a cabling issue or a faulty LNB.
