Sky box saying no sky+ entitlement , changed from sky original package (where on bill sky + subscription is there) to sky signature package ( where on new latest bill sky + subscription is not there) no contact number and Twitter not getting back to me. Looking to fix this issue as we can't record anything or use catch up or box sets which were included in the sky signature package.

You will have to contact sky to get them to re-enable the Sky+ features on your viewing card

We have tried every number available, we are sky ireland customers no answer on any number we've tried
