    <description>&lt;P&gt;From (distant) memory, I believe a '28' error relates to a signal problem. To confirm, can you tune to Sky One, where you're seeing this error, then key Services &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Signal on your remote? The white part of &lt;STRONG&gt;all 4&lt;/STRONG&gt; signal bars should be at least half way across.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Sky+ box for the last 9 years and have no real issues with my services. It's not connected to a phone line or wifi and I don't mind because I don't use the on demand services.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tonight for some reason, the sky channels no longer work, rte, virgin 1 etc still work but when I go on to Sky one it reads, Press Sky then red button to watch this channel or go to skyviewinghelp.com and there is 28 in the top right corner. When I press the red button it is obviously trying to connect to something and then it gives me the error - There is a problem with your connection. Please check your viewing card is inserted and your sky box is connected to your broadband.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried pairing my device, turning it off and on again but nothing has helped.&amp;nbsp; I'm in Ireland and in an apartment with a shared dish.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any ideas how to get it working again please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

All back to normal thankfully.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
