    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to download from box sets and it just failed no error message and when I type a programme in the search bar it just tries to find a match in the planner and says on demand is unavailable&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our router isn't in the same room as sky box so not sure a cable would work, how easy is it to assign it an IP address? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cables can be up to 100m so should work, also a static IP address is easy when you know how, google should help with this&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Contrary to your first post, that would indicate that your Sky box&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;isn't&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;in fact connected to your broadband service. You mention you've tried to reset it multiple times. How?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
