Catch up tv not working

My sky is working but my catch up tv section is not ? Iv followed the instructions via sky's website to go to sky.com/connect and followed further instructions and this hasn't fixed the problem and my catch up tv is still not working ? Can you help please ?

We would need more info on your exact configuration of your Sky Boxes internet connection

As stated above a few times @Spurs+Tottenham yo are going to have to provide more information if you want help.

How is your box connected to the internet, cable or wireless ?

What is happening ?

If an onscreen error what does it say ?

Have sky+ hd box. Sky is working but catch up isn't. Says connect to broadband

Reboot your Sky+ box at the mains.
