    <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the box has failed, then, I'm afraid&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky can arrange for a replacement, refurbished box if you give them a call, or you could obtain your own used replacement from the likes of ebay etc. Look only for a DRX890 or DRX895 model. Or now might be a suitable time to consider upgrading to Sky Q, but note that you don't have to, if you don't want to. Other posts here indicate that Sky sometimes say there's no alternative, but that's not the case&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky+ box will not switch on. I have checked the fuse in the plug and it is working. Neither a red 'standby' light or a green 'on' light is showing on the front of the box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
