My sky HD box won't turn on. There is no power in the box at all. No lights have appeared. There is no issue with the plug. I have tried resetting the box and that did not work. @Lisa-P1987

If you've replaced the fuse in the plug, and checked that the cable is fully inserted at the rear of the box, it looks like your Sky box has failed and will need replacing.

Sky can arrange for a replacement, refurbished box if you give them a call, or you could obtain your own used replacement from the likes of ebay etc. Look only for a DRX890 or DRX895 model. Or now might be a suitable time to consider upgrading to Sky Q, but note that you don't have to, if you don't want to. Other posts here indicate that Sky sometimes say there's no alternative, but that's not the case.
