You are not talking to Sky we are all customers here, no one has account access nor would anyone know who you are from a forum post.

Why do you need you card pairing? was it not already paired to your box? have you replaced your box?

Do you now have Sky Q?

If you have a Sky+ box then give this a try:

Make sure your Sky viewing card is correctly inserted into the box.
Press Services on your Sky remote
Press 0, 0, 1, Select (setup should now be highlighted)
Scroll across to New Install
Press Select twice
