I can't get a satellite signal, I think the trees around the dish are blocking the view. How do I book an engineer visi as I can't find how to do this online or on the phone as it is reserved for key employees?

I keep getting the same issue. I'm getting annoyed and frustratng at having to got to Seevices and press 0 0 1 to do this every 5 minutes. It happened 4 times yesterday when i was home, called sky and explained everything to the guy, told him its a nice day outside and the dish is in the loft, and he just told me to do what i Had already done. I have a communal dish and i'm not sure if its just me on sky or of the others have the same issue as we work different patterns. Its just happened again to me this morning and i've been sat here, even after resetting the box still with no signal. Theres got to be something else going on

@SkidRowe Sky don't look after communal dishes. You need to contact your landlord/managing agent.

I have contacted them. They told me to contact Sky 🤷🏼‍♂️ Feel like i'm going round in circles

The situation is that it's your building management team's responsibility for providing a usable signal to the cables in your home. A Sky engineer can check the signal at the cable ends, but if it's not adequate they're not responsible for, and don't have any authority to do anything to the communal setup to put it right. So you would likely be charged £65 for the Sky callout with the engineer unable to do anything to resolve the issue.
