Controller only changing volume and source

Last night everything worked fine, we turned the TV on this morning and the remote only changes the volume and source (scart, AV etc) I have rebooted everything (twice) and replaced the batteries in the remote. I have checked the connections and nothing is working. The troubleshooting guide hasn't helped either.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Could you please try pressing the 'SKY' button at the top of your remote and then trying to use it?

Hi Luke - none of the buttons worked other than the volume and source - the power button turned off the TV itself but not the sky box.

since posting, I googled how to resync the remote, I held down 9&7 at the same time, which has now enabled the majority of the buttons to work

however now, I can't use the volume buttons on the sky remote or the voice control or source

Sounds like you have Sky Q remote @Ellblake press 1&3 and then follow the on screen instructions to recod for your TV volume.

Hi,

thisbis happening to me now and when I press 1 and 3 together it brings up the page to re sync but I cannot press enter the button isn't working on my control

please help

My sky remote had been working perfectly prior to today.

It now only works the power on/off and volume buttons!

I've tried changing the batteries, rebooting/resetting the sky box, resetting and syncing the remote following the sky instructions, all with No success..

The sky remote still only works the power and volume buttons on my LG TV..?

Any suggestions or HELP to resolve would be appreciated.

@D-Dee sounds like your remote has had it, and will need to be replaced.
