I am having constant problems whereby some channels work and then the box "no satellite signal" appears. I've gone through all the troubleshooting including pressing 001 and change single mode as yes but when I do this I can only record one channel and have to watch this channel while I'm recording it. It's getting very frustrating as I can't watch things that I am paying for.

Single feed mode needs to be off for you to be able to do these, you also need two cables from the dish so do you have this ?

@Welchy72 it sounds as though the underlying problem is that there's a fault with your dish or cabling, that will require an engineer to investigate. Turning on single feed mode allows your box to work normally with one good signal, but it does mean you can only record or watch one live programme at a time.

That's what I was worried about. I don't have the spare cash to have an engineer out. But in the meantime I am paying for something that I can't use! I guess it will be time to cancel and return to free view!!!
