Strange problem only connects to that particular router

I swapped my sky internet to now TV. Meanwhile my sky hub remained connected and worked the now tv router arrived it showed amber light and wouldn't connect plugged back sky router worked fine. I have to return the working sky router to sky so I found another sky router the exact same one and tried to connect again the internet light is amber but when I plug the original router back it works fine. Why is this happening?? I went through all trouble shooting steps with the new router and the sky router nothing works but the original router works. I'm really fed up I have to return the original router and even the exact same router from my other house won't connect.

As NowTV is your new internet provider, it's a problem you'll need to resolve with them. This forum is for Sky customers only, but NowTV does have their own forum and you may be able to get some help there.
