    <description>&lt;P&gt;I plugged a hearing aid "TV Connector", supplied by my audiologist, into to back of my TV. "Optical" connector. I first tried the Sky+ box but the "Optical" slot was covered over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then lost my broadband connection. It seems that it comes back on when I switch off my TV Connector device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The &lt;A href="https://www.phonakpro.com/com/en/products/wireless-accessories/tv-connector/overview-tv-connector.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;product page&lt;/A&gt; is certainly suggestive of that.&amp;nbsp; Personally I really dislike seeing the word 'proprietary' in such things:&lt;/P&gt;
