    <description>&lt;P&gt;Changing your contract will have no effect on your recordings so whatever has happened here is not related to this and neither have Sky wiped them as this is something that they can not do.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This might be a long shot but try a planner rebuild:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Press Services on your remote&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select Help&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select Sky+ Rebuild&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>I changed contract and all my recording have been deleted</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have changed my Sky+ contract on the telephone but the engineer is not scheduled till 26th November 2020 to chaznge the equipment. However all my recordings in Planner have just disappeared. I have not taken any action. They do not show up in the deleted tab so I assume Sky has wiped accidentally, they have just disappeared. I am furious as I had special recordings I was saving.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the suggestion,&amp;nbsp; didnt know&amp;nbsp; you could do that. I have tried it but it didnt recover the recordings. Its weird as I didnt delete them. I appreciate what you say about Sky not having the abvility to delete them. Looks like its one of those unexplained issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sadly that does seem to be the case. You might be able to download some from catchup and Boxsets (if you have the correct subscription).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In which case you would have lost all your recordings anyway.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still odd though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
