      <title>Connection to on demand FAIL</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We should've had an upgrade to Sky Q on 1st April however due to lockdown this has been postponed to 1st June. Since the 1st connection to on demand says fail and the box is still connected to the router - broadband also through Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How to resolve this issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We think it is &amp;nbsp;a Sky issue to resolve.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have exactly the same issue, tried everything, even sky rebuild through system special access.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The booster is connected to the router, the white light is on. changed ethernet cables, so that's not the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Broadband connection ok, on demand FAIL.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;rebooted sky box several times, reset connector etc...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine is the same, have gone through all the online troubleshooting steps but it still says connection to on demand FAILED. The connection to route is OK......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was also due sky q installation when this all kicked off&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. Any help would be great. Broadband router OK connection to on demand FAIL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have a WiFi connector and tp link. Tp link is operating WiFi. Connector not doing anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done everything loads of times. Did work when sky came Out and connected it. Other connector in the house works &amp;nbsp;Any suggestions . Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
