Check the cables, if nothing obvious is wrong then you'll need to call out sky to get the dish, box etc... looked at as no sigbal is most likely a hardware issue

I am contacting you on behalf of an elderly relative.

She has had no signal for over 3 weeks now and is considering leaving Sky after over 30 years with you.

The family have bought her a more recent Sky+a few years ago, which has been working fine, as she still had her old white Skybox.

I have the numbers ect from her veiwing card so that this can be confirmed but do not want to put them in a public forum.

Thanks, I have already checked all the cables and the dish is a comunal one that is fine for her neighbors.

I came here as I thought this would get me in touch with Sky.

I can`t find a way to contact directly on their site.

Sky don't deal with communal dishes, you'll need to contact the buildings management company

BTW This forum is primarily customer-to-customer help
