Randomly locked channel

I wanted to go on Channel 4+1 and found it locked. It says enter pin which is weird because I just only brought a box. I dont have any subscription or anything. How do I remove the pin I dont know what it is! Cant reset as its not sky q or other box. Just a box I bought off a guy who sells old boxes.

I am seeing the same on the Channel 4+1 channel as it is asking for a pin for me. Channels do now have the option to show age restricted content prior to the evening watershed which si why a pin has to be used but why it is on Channel4+1 I wouldn't know.

Enter your pin number which unless you have chaged it are the last 4 numbers of your viewing card number.

You could also email the Viewer Relations team to see if entering a pin on Channel4+1 and not Channel 4 is correct, this is their email address - viewerR@sky.uk

@Momin1971 Put in your Pin Number, which by default is the last 4 digits of your viewing card number

I just realised the last 4 digits of the viewing card is the pin! Another user told me!
