How can I change the RF channel on Sky + box. Services-Settings-???

I changed it because the picture sometimes has lines across the screen and buzzing.

I changed it to the default 68 but it's worse now so I want to change it back to 62.

Thank you for the suggestion using it, I managed to changed there channel. The Sky tv shutdown and I have not been able to restart it since, dispite the fact that the green light appears on the sky box.

Do you have any suggestion on what the issue could be now?
