So am sending back my sky q and want my sky hd on again but it has no signal. How can i fix it.

I am sending my sky q back and i am trying to put my sky hd back up but it cant seem to work and it sais i have no satellite signal. I am still using my sky q hub and wifi though.

Your dish needs reverting back to Sky+ compatible as it was upgraded for Sky Q

If you've formally reverted to Sky+ within the terms of your Sky Q contract, Sky will reinstate the dish.

If you've cancelled your TV subscription, it will be down to you, but obviously you'll only receive the free to air channels on your Sky+ box.

Ok but before we got the sky q we had tv on upstairs on a seperate connection but when we upgraded thay cut the connection upstairs. Do now we have no tv upstairs. Will they give me the signal upstairs back again as it was a seperate connection not multi-room.

I would guess that all the Sky Q installer did was unplug the coax cable from your Sky+ box to your upstairs TV. The cable is still probably lying loose behind your Sky Q box somewhere. All you'll need to do is plug it back in to your Sky+ box's RF2 socket.

The sky q is downstairs it was never upstairs a different sky box was upstairs and the sky hd was downstairs. Then we got a sky q downstairs and no signal on any box works upstairs

No, the boxes upstairs wouldn't receive any signal for the reason @Annie+UK posted.

Best speak to Sky to see if they would reinstate them if you're reverting to Sky+ during the one month cooling off period you get with Sky Q.
