Hi SKY, my signal keeps going, I only had the box installed two weeks ago and I think it is the HDMI lead that is the problem. Could an engineer come out to check please?

Can you check your signal strengths (Services > Settings > Signal)?

The white part of all 4 bars should be at least half way across.

If you believe the issue is with the HDMI cable, it would probanly be quicker to buy a replacement cable yourself (they're not expensive), otherwise, if you prefer, give Sky a call to book an engineer.
