    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having this exact problem today. Won't even find my broadband router let alone connect to it. It's useless. Disconnects itself all the time. All other devices ie phone, google home is connecting but not sky&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to use on demand on sky + HD box however when trying to connect to my WiFi via WPS or password, I get an error message saying:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There has been a problem connecting to the network. Please check your settings and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked everything, all seems to be working. Signal strength is 58% and downstairs sky box is connected fine. Just seems to be the upstairs one I’m having difficulty with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have also rebooted the router but still makes no difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also switch your broadband router off at the plug. Wait 30 seconds before turning your router back on, and a further 4 minutes before restarting your Sky box.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! Did you ever get a solution for this? I have the same problem and feel like I've tried everything. I've even replaced the sky box with a refurbished one, re-paired the card and updated the software but still just get the "failed" message with no obvious way to connect to the WiFi - the red "reset" button does nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried everything to get my box to connect to my router wirelessly it keeps coming up with failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have unplugged both router and box taking card out of the box and putting it back in. I have attempted everything to get it to work for the past two days. It was working fine prior with no problems and now I can't even get it connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this an issue with the box itself ? Or a sky issue because I even have a booster in my house for the internet and I am still having issues but every other device works fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed broadband provider from Sky to Now TV &amp;amp; when I connected the Now TV router, I thought I'd save a load of problems by changing the SSID &amp;amp; password to the old one (the same as Sky) which worked ok but the Sky TV box wouldn't connect, saying the password was wrong but it definitely wasn't. I then chose a different option on the initial connection page (the top one, 'Sky router', even though it's technically not a sky router, it's a Now TV router...) but, upon pressing the WPS button as requested, the Sky box connected to the Now TV router!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps you too!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
