I assume that's no satellite signal. Not a dish alignment problem, then, but may be a cabling issue or a faulty LNB port.

Hi, I have a sky+ hd box and I can’t get sky history hd, Sky Fox hd or sky news. They all say no signal but my sky+ box in another room has no problem and they are both on the same sky dish and lnb. Can anybody advise?

Thanks in advance

Lnb has just been changed due to breaking down with age. I thought it may be a cable issue because I have the channels on my other box no problem. I have moved the tv so the excess cable is rolled up behind the box could this cause it?
