Can someone please turn the volume up on sky replay my tv is at volume 60 (normal level is 25) and I can barely hear it then when the adverts come on it's absolutely deafening!!! Please sort this out thank you sky.

Sorry I clearly asked to post this in sky+ forum somehow it's in the wrong place this website is very confusing it asked me if I wanted to post on accounts and I clicked no! Oh dear again apologies if it could be moved I would greatly appreciated

Check that the sound output in your Sky box settings is Normal, not DolbyD. And check that there are no sound processing options turned on in your TV settings.

You're asking other customers here and not Sky. It might be worth posting in the relevant forum (Sky+ or Q) to see if there's a known issue/fix etc. (EDIT: it moved as I was replying)

Thanks Mark I have double checked my settings just in case, issue is only on this channel and only today it started, very unusual!

I'm very sorry pandj I followed the help and it sent me here, I have used the virgin media forum before for internet and they have people who can help i assumed (stupidly) that this would be the same, apologies.

VERY POOR if the only option is contact sky via telephone, I dont have a phone the only people who call are scammers anyway!

@pff if it's happening only on one channel, it might be an issue with just that channel. Which one is affected?

It was skyreplay (145), seems to be better now, possibly just that one episode (stargate, the one where they have to make a series of trades to learn about the bracelets vala stole and locked herself to dr jackson before they went to the ori world using the stone machine in the previous two episodes.)

Marvel whatever heroes of something is on now the sound level is audible again.

May have been a rogue episode perhaps. Glad it's ok now.
