SKY+ HD PIN RESET

Forgotten my original SKY PIN.

Tried to use last 4 digits of card. Didn't work.

Tried to reset via interactive services - error message wouldn't allow me?

So went online and reset with new 4 digit PIN.

Still does not work? Confused what to do next.

Any ideas thanks.

Hi again.

Spoke to Sky today.

Informed that changed PIN online but still not working.

They confirmed all done on phone but still not working and got cut-off before I could confirm.

Tried phoning back but now 45 minute wait.

Is there anything else that I can try and do myself?

Thanks and yes looks like it but I have an engineer coming today to look at my dish etc.

Will see what happens.
