I can’t view Sky Drama on demand, but can watch it live - any ideas?

I can watch Sky Drama live, but when I try to watch a downloaded program I can't view it. Can't get to speak to anyone at Sky. Does anyone have any ideas please?

If the on demand content is part of Sky Boxsets then you will need the Sky Signature package before accessing it so what program are you trying to view ?

I downloaded episode 1 of Auf Wiedersehen,Pet and watched it ok. I won't let me view episode 2

Try downloading the BBC version instead as they are available via the iplayer as well so you should be able to access these. Do a search and you should find them.
