Sky remote delivery

Ordered a replacement remote for sky+hd , double checked the operator understood which one I wanted. Waited 2 weeks for delivery and it was the wrong one. Called to sort it out and was advised to return it for a replacement . Posted back on 2 nd January at my expense and have not heard anything since. Any advice appreciated.

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a private message on this forum or an email to you, both of which will invite you to a private chat which will be view a blue bubble which will appear on the right handside of the page.

As for the remote you would be better off ordering one from somewhere like Amazon or Argos or if you do a weekly shop seeing if they have one in store.

Never did get a response from sky so I had to join the phone helpline queue and I've had to reorder. Poor, contracts up soon so will re-evaluate the need for sky.

Hi there @Anonymous we sent you an invite to chat on Monday, but you never responded. This shows up as a chat bubble on the right side of the forum on the bottom. We had been waiting all week but closed it down yesterday due to no response.

I am glad you have managed to re-order now though 🙂

Maybe a phone call to follow up would help in future. I will now remove myself from the community.
