On checking 'Services' then 'Signal' I have nothing at all on 'Input 2 Signal strength'

On Settings - Signal......

Input 2 Signal strength - empty box

Input 2 Signal Quality - empty box

Input 2 Lock Indicator - NOT LOCKED

How can I get these settings activated?

(Input 1 settings fine)

It sounds like a disk, cable, box etc... issue that would require a call out, first you could try unplugging the dish cables from the box and swapping them around

As mentioned, swap feeds and see if fault follows cable or fault follows port. If follows port, try a force record, if that fails you'll need a call out, will be a cable or LNB issue.
