Remote recording on sky plus

Hi there I have two sky plus boxes, one in the lounge, one in the bedroom, whenever I remote record or download from sky go it goes to the box in the bedroom and I want it to go to the one in the lounge, is it just a case of swapping the viewing cards over? Or where do I go to change this? Thank you

On your ipad install the Sky+ app and once you are logged into it go to Settings > Connect to a Sky+HD box and select the one you want remote recordings to go to.

Once you have done this try again to set a recording via the Sky Go app.

Thank you so much, I have now managed to swap the remote recording to the box in the lounge.

when I tried to search the boxes it says none found, it also says I'm not connected to WiFi but I am and it seems to be working ok so thank you, appreciate you taking the time to help me .

Can someone be able to assist me with my sky plus remote that is not changing the channel despite changing batteries.

At the moment I have a sky glass 65" that stop working and awaiting sky collection and replacement.....Is it worth it ?

At the moment - I've asked sky to revert me back to sky plus until I receive the new tv - well they said they cannot and my old box should be giving me access to their free channels.

After two hours on the phone they cannot even get the box to work with the existing remotes.

I can change the channels via the main box (not acceptable ) but not via the remote, despite the many changes she tried.

Have anyone had this problem, and if so can you assist me until I decide if to wait for my new tv or to ditch it and buy another smart tv like the one in my bedroom - the only problem is the sky remote......
