Sky sports ending before even ended ????

I have noticed for a while now that my sports programmes ie any motorsport , NFL , ends before the programme / match is even finished ??? Why does this keep happening ??? Do I need to just cancel or something to get stuff done with sky now days ??? Hundreds of pounds a year and u can't even watch a programme to the end ????? Seriously ???
Mia this something that's being worked on or is sky just blaming the broadcasters ???
but hold on a minute why wasn't this an issue when I had sky q ??
perfect example is sky sports nfl, they are broadcasting there own programme with own presenters and everything , the broadcasting doesn't end in America or even the stream, it's literally run over on its time slot, but I'm afraid that's the beauty of sport it never goes to plan so how can they get to the end of the fixed time slot and not extend it anymore ???
what the hell is going on sky ????

Which match was it?

Did you record it?

Were you watching it on sky sports main event or sky sports nfl?

This happens if the channel hasn't changed the EPG to show that the program has overrun and added some extra time to the broadcast. If you are recording live sport then it is always an idea to setup a recording for the next program,

This sometimes happens on the UFC with BT Sport.

It's not just a case of recording the next programme as with sky glass you do not record like you did on sky plus or sky q it's streamed and you add what you want to your playlist like you would by pressing record on the old sky q.

but the problem is you can add NFL onto your playlist on sky sports NFL but then it will record on sky main event and sky showcase feels like it just does it whatever it likes,
tried deleting from the watchlist and re adding only from sky sports NFL and then again same problem and when a match I've runs the original 4HR slot that's it , it just ends ????
I've tried rebooting box everything ?? Still problem persists and I am not the only one, there are hundreds of posts about this ???
why is there no solution for this yet SKY???

There are, however, undoubtedly distinct disadvantages to using Glass for Sports viewing.

There is disadvantages and bud ones and it's not something that we should be compromising if

Amazon can get it right , YouTube gets it right , Netflix ?? To name a few and amazons live sport is never cut short ?? That's also a streaming platform ??
so when I watch Bt sport again next year for the moto gp and it rains and race is postponed what then ?
same with F1 ? Same with any sport ?? It's just not on and if that's how it is then why charge what they do.

just bloody get it right ?? Surely ??
