Temple S2 Episode 1 won't download as the message on my screen is "No subscription". But Episode 2 works. Anyone else?

Works ok for me. Are you trying to download in HD without having the HD add-on perhaps?

@Jonny+J There are two versions of Episode 1 (actually 4, 2 SD and 2 HD) one will be the Box Set and one the Catch Up.

Thanks, episode one will download in HD but not UHD presumably due to the "No subscription" error, episode two is fine in UHD and HD. It's set to UHD by default. Given my eyesight isn't the best and I won't see the difference HD will do!

All other episodes have recorded in UHD without problem.

Each episode of Temple season 2 has 4 versions.

1. Ultra High definition with HDR

2. Ultra High definition

3. High Definition

4. Standard Definition

I have the exact same issue: S2E1 will not download in UHD - No Subscription. S2E2-W7 all downloaded in UHD. I've downloaded in HD for now.

I also find a lot of shows are available in HD but the UHD versions take up to a week to be available. Not great!

Which shows are you seeing take up to a week to be available in UHD? Billions is the only show I know of that recently had that sort of problem.

Likewise. Series 2, ep#1 wouldn't download in uhd. 'No subscription' shown. Yet to try ep#2.

The fault on episode 1 has already been reported to Sky @Jaypee as per the previous posts so we are just waiting on a fix.

Same issue! Thanks to reading these comments we were able to sort it by clicking gin 'Other Formats' and choosing SD. We are in the UK.

Try downloading in the format you actually want. Once it is ready to watch, watch it. It cannot be deleted while you are watching. If the download fails, keep downloading until it finishes.
