I did a swap on 19 Nov for the Samsung S21.

The deal was £150 credit to my account

When should i get this credit and what should i do to claim it?

I tried to register on samsung page but it's says my date is wrong .

When buying this phone it clearly states that if you are a Sky customer to do your swap and this £150 will be credited to your account

So now ... I'm confused 😕

Then you will have to contact Samsung for help if your purchase date was after 1st December. The credit comes via Samsung and not Sky.

@Noonabell As advised you need to deal with Samsung as the offer is through them not Sky.

That second one does look like a Sky offer so it does say there that the £150 credit should be added to your next bill so have you check your next bill of the future ones to see if it has appeared ?

Samsung have confirmed it's not their deal .. it is up to Sky to credit me
