      <description>&lt;P&gt;picked my new phone on the &amp;nbsp;2 December, &amp;nbsp;but not received new phone yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;message says courier be in touch soon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 weeks is too long to have new phone delivered when I was told it was in stock.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You might be waiting longer than two weeks as some have been waiting over a month or longer for theirs due to the reasons posted by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2496830"&gt;@Hibernian1969&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;@so while you might think two weeks is a long time to wait you do have to remember what is going on around the world at present which is disrupting international supply chains.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
