Order tracking

when I try tracking the order it just says this and we orders it on Saturday. Your website says it should have been with us after 3 days and we have still heard nothing!
Can you please advise what is going on. Thanks

@Lucy+David We are customers here like yourself so have no insight into delivery times or stock levels which at the moment is worse due to COVID, a shortage of HGV drivers, issues at warehouses, problems at UK ports and the normal pre Christmas rush. These delays are due to stock shortages as Apple can't keep up with the demand due to issues with a shortage of chips that these devices use plus covid, hgv driver and warehouse staff shortages and delays to freight at the ports around the country so at present keeping an eye on your order tracking page is all that you can do as it will update when stock does become available:
