message after message saying your working on the issue. what is the issue and how much longer are my 4 phones going to be out of service?? how am i supposed to continue with my business if im unable to use the phones? this has been over 4 hours now

@mustard2021 Some Sky Mobile customers may experience issues with Data or Voice, this includes making and receiving calls.

You can keep updated by visiting Skys Service update page https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus/mobile

You should also be aware you are using a Domestic Mobile service and if you need it for Business use you really should be using the appropriate Business Mobile service.

Didn't actually answer what I asked! Again what actually is the issue? Why do we have no service? Constantly saying your dealing with it fills no one with confidence! We actually need the phones! My daughter finishes school at 3.30 and is going to panic when she can't contact me! Yes I use for my job! Nothing to do with you what contract I have is it!

@mustard2021 We are all customers here so we don't know what the actual issue is. A response has been provided with a link to the mobile status page that you can check.

It comes up on my phone saying response is from sky staff member?!? Which is why assumed it was! Especially with being told I should use a different contract for business! Just because I use my phone for work business and leisure doesn't mean anything! And would still be down! Realising this is actually utterly pointless if it's not actually sky answering the questions! Can't get theough to anyone for help! Pointless

I can't see how it would do that. Given the fact there are problems with Sky Mobile and the forum has provided a link to keep an eye on the status page there really isn't much more we can do for you.
