Private connection whenever I try and access gambling sites

Whenever I try and acces an over 18 site such as a gambling site it always comes up this connection is not private and I am unable to override it.

it is happening with every sky sim data I have.

Thanks for reply. Yes I've tried a couple and it's still the same error. It's been working fine until about a week ago now it's happening on all devices.

Im assuming they make it purposefully difficult to actually speak with someone because I can't find a number anywhere.

150 (just that) is the free number to call from a Sky mobile.

Do you know what? I can't be bothered.

Because this has been going on for a over 24 hours and I'm done with Sky Mobile.

I only have two months left on my contract so I'm going to pay it off right now and find another provider.

I've got the same issue, it's fine on Wi-Fi but not on mobile data

Parental Controls

I have no idea why all of a sudden my phone has added parental controls onto it, I am unable to go onto my betting account without being on WiFi and cannot put the lottery on, the only way to take parental controls off is to add a credit card but I do not have a credit card and it won't accept my debit card, any help would be greatly appreciated

I have added your post to this thread @ConnorJW as others have reported the same issue so I would suggest giving Sky a call via the free 150 number so they can take the details on this to look into it for you,

I'm exactly the same I looked and noticed the parental controls but have no credit card to remove them. It's going to lose sky lots of customers if this can't be rectified.

Go to sky.com/controls and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number/plan you want to update.
Scroll to 'Parental controls', select Turn off parental controls or Turn on parental controls and follow the instructions.
