    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been working with Sky on 2 issues... The Error message, and total PC lockups. Since the Error message stopped, I continued talking to them about my PC lockup issue..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They have finally time me that the "issue" will be fixed in the next release..       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using SkyGO on Windows 10 and today noticed that as well as the app in my task bar, I also have 10s of windows stacked behind it with the error "Something is wrong. The app will now quit"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if I select CLOSE on any of these windows SkyGO shuts down.. But if I ignore them it just keeps playing.. But the number of error windows grow over time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else seen this? I see there is a thread disucssing something similar but the symptoms appear to be differnt so I am not sure if this is the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was running the Beta version (22.3.1) but I have rolled back to the latest production version (22.1.3) and its the same.. It wasn't doing this last week for sure, so something has changed... Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else seen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I might have worked it out.. I think it could have something to do with SkyQ which was installed today..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now that I have turned off the "Connect to SkyQ" its not happening any more... Whilst the Wifi is good, so SkyQ should be online, I know my network to my PC is a bit flaky at the moment (as I am forced to use homeplugs), so I wonder if I am periodically loosing connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am going to setup a continous ping to SkyQ to see if the error co-incides with a connection loss...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even if it does, its a bit drastic that the SkyGo app would crash everytime it looses connection with SkyQ.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Confirmed... Its releated to the SkyQ setting.. if I turn off the option, I don't get the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am pretty sure this is caused by network issues between my PC and router, as I am forced to use Powerline Adaptors as whilst my new house came fully wired with Ethernet, there is no continuity along the cables, which is an ongoing mystery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So for now, I am using Powerline which is a horrific experience whilst I work out something else (i.e a Wifi Mesh).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But its pretty poor that the app crashes if you loose sight of the SkyQ box.. You would think it would handle that better?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps someone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jon&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I take it back.. Its not that.. I watche an hour long show and had no errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then started the next and immediatly got the error.. So I just ignore it and within a matter of minutes I now have 6 errors in my Task bar...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also have a ping running to my SkyQ box and have not had a single drop in connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is very weird.. I still think its got something to do with SkyQ as it only started yesterday when I had SkyQ installed... Not happy as this is the only way I can watch TV in my office.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new theory.. It might be related to Ads.. It was behaving today, but as soon as the adverts started, the errors started popping up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Luckily I can ignore them and just let them build so it doesn't actually quit the app.. But its really annoying....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I finally worked it out.. I think I have solved it.. So jsut want to put the solution here incase it helps someone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To cut a long story short, I had a faulty port on my router... This ment that I was loosing connection every few seconds and didn't realise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And it looks like when watching something loosing a connection doesn't matter as there are a few seconds in the buffer... But when there is an advert, they wouldn't want you to miss a second it, so these disconnections caused the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So it seems that if you get a disconnection during an ad break, the app will crash (or atleast give and error forcing a quit).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps someone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't believe it.. Its started again..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This time I do not have any network issues at all... I have a continous ping to 8.8.8.8 with zero packet loss.. And I can transfer files across my LAN at 1Gb..... But now as soon as the ads start, I get 10s of popups saying "something has gone wrong"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What makes no sense is that when i solved my network problems last week the issue stopped at the same time.. And its been perfect since until now... And nothng has changed...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It only happens when the ads start.. When the show is playing there is no issue.. But as soon as it cuts to the ads, the pop up starts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have gone to the Beta version (Again) and its made no difference, so it seems that I am stuck with this...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Luckily it doesn't cause a problem o&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As the original poster of this issue, I suffered this for weeks.. But only during adverts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For me, I just used to click the SkyGo and the erorrs used to stack up behind it on the task bar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thinking aloud, I wonder if its because I use the "Combine" or "Group" taskbar option in Windows10.. So instead of getting an icon for each open window at the bottom, they are "grouped" together.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So for me, I just saw on SkyGo app.. And if I hovered over it I would see all of the errors stacked up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are not combining your taskbar, it might be something to look at as this might stop the errors from appearing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for the solution.. I simply have no idea..       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks and good tip to try and live with the issue a little..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had this all through the football last night so it wasn't coming due to adverts but during the match.. luckily LFC won so it didn't spoil the enjoyment completely &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😁&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, it would be good if SKY responds on the thread to let us know they are working on a fix..?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been working with Sky on 2 issues... The Error message, and total PC lockups. Since the Error message stopped, I continued talking to them about my PC lockup issue..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They have finally time me that the "issue" will be fixed in the next release..
