My sky sports app on iPhone and iPad will not allow me to watch live tv .

Keep getting " video unavailable a problem was encountered, please try later. I have tried rebooting the iPhone and iPad, also re logging in but notHing works. Help please

Is this when watching live sport or any of the other videos, if the latter then email the apps team about it - apps@sky.uk giving them the IOS version your iphone and ipad is running.

What IOS versions are they running and have you tried deleting the apps for both devices and rebooting them before installing the app again on them. If this doesn't work have you tried installing the Sky Go app on them to see if this will work.

Rebooted deleted apps. And re installed IOS latest version, stumped. Phoned Sky passing it to their techs.
