For sometime now, I am unable to watch any content on Sky Go from my Macbook computer.

When I open the app, I can see all of the channels, and can select programmes to record to my Sky Q box with no issue, but am unable to watch anything at all - I receive the PFE 9200 error.

Have downloaded the latest version of the application, and have upgraded the Macbook to the latest version (Monterey 12.0.1). Noting that this did not run on Big Sur either.

I have the same error message. I've tried restarting and that doesn't resolve the issue. The whole error message reads:

'Something went wrong, try restarting the app. If you're still having trouble, please contact... etc.'

This is my first time trying to use Sky Go on my macbook. It works on mobile but that's not what I'm after.

I recently had the same issue with the NOW TV player, although the error message is different obviously, and couldn't get that to work at all. That's partly why I signed up for Sky. They suggested it could be screen recording software that's causing the issue, but I have made sure all uneccessary programs are closed and it still doesn't work.

Can anyone help?

Does this apply @Tsujido+Boy :

If sky go is started before the VPN connection is started it runs fine but you might get the error code if sky go is started after the VPN is already connected.

What do you mean by VPN in this case? I'm connecting via my home wifi network, not a VPN.

If you don't know what a VPN is then you are not using it so have you tried a reboot of your router ?
