TV from Sky not working on PS5

I've been using this app fine for the last few months.

I just noticed that there was an updated version of the application on the PlayStation today and since the update I've been getting the "To watch this programme you will need to purchase a Sky Go Extra Package" message.

I've noticed other posts mentioning that SkyGo Extra feature may have dropped from the sky account. I've checked under VIP section to check if I can add it from there but I couldn't see that option.

Do I need to call Sky to get them to check if they need to reactivate Sky Go Extra or can this be fixed via chat bubble ?

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
