I am a diamond member and I cannot access my VIP rewards on the app.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still not able to access anything.

What is happening @Tonyb6879 as there have been issues with that app and the rewards section that numerous people have posted on here about ?

App opens fine. Click on sky vip, takes me to a description page. Click continue and it gives me a number of reasons why I cannot access it including : new customer, work for sky etc.

Saying I cannot join but I have had things in the past.

This is something that the escalation team can look into for you so I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
