      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to upgrade my phone it says that I can't because my phone is in for repair which it isn't. I have called today and was told I just need to pay off the outstanding balance and wasn't having any of it when I said I just want to use the swap option. All I wanted was her to remove the block saying my phone is in for repair but she wouldn't do that&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I have spoke to someone else who said it is because I have reached my device limit. When I tried to explain it will let me upgrade my other devices and just not this one, she said nothing they can do but technical team may be able to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
