Unable to link mobile account to sky app

Hello, hoping someone can help.

I have been unable to link my mobile account in my sky app, it sends me to the website where I give all the details, surname, dob, bank digits.

It then says my account is already linked, but nothing else.

I've read others have had the same problem but I havent been able to find a fix for it anywhere online.

If anyone could help it would be appreciated, thank you.

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
