Hi,

I ordered an iPhone pro 13 256gb on the 12th November. Tracking is saying it's "coming soon" but it's said that all the time, could anyone find out when it is due to be delivered? I need it for work and I have to give up my old phone on Wednesday?

Sadly we have no access to stock levels or when Sky will receive more stock. There are a lot of factors delaying delivery of goods especially Apple products. COVID, shortage of computer chips, shortage of lorry drivers, delays at UK ports are all impacting timescales

@Rockyrobin1972 This happens every time Apple launch a new product. We are customers so have no insight into delivery times or stock levels which this time are worse due to COVID, a shortage of HGV drivers and problems at UK ports.
