Keep getting Error 1 [-41942875] on all devices (Laptop, phone and tablet)

I cant watch sky go on any of my devices. I keep getting error 1 [-41942875]

When I click on the tv guide and select a channel it takes about 30 seconds to load then message pops up:

"your device needs to be authorised. Please ensure it's connected to the internet and try again"

on the home screen where the Todays Top Picks are, it has sky news and when I click on it, it allows me to watch it. But if I go to tv guide and select same channel I get the error messages again and that my device needs to be authorised. I have cleared the cache, wiped the data and deleted the apps and reinstalled but no change what so ever. This must be a Sky problem because its happening on all devices and every other app works perfectly.

Can somebody help me or point me in the direction of where I can get this fixed?

I too, am in the same boat although I was halfway through an episode just after the lovely 30sec add break. Which I then saw again and again only to be met with the same error code?

If it is saying it needs to be authorised then try deleting it from here:

https://secure.sky.com/device-management

Then see what happens when you go to use it again.
