MySky App not permitting access to VIP Rewards

I am 9 years a Sky customer and Platinum VIP member. I cannot access the VIP section on the MySky app. It says I do not have access, never had issues before and have used VIP section frequently. I have reinstalled and still same issue. It says I cant join!? There is no issue with my account or billing and never had issues before. HELP!!!!

Spoke to Support and it seems that there is an intermittent fault affecting come VIP customers being unable to access their VIP details through the app. Developers are looking into the issue, but no ETA as to when it is fixed. Only remedy in the meantime is to call into a Sky Advisor, which given the COVID state of affairs is a futile process to entertain.

Others here have had this issue since last year and are nowhere near a resolution frustratingly.

This is now afflicting me. However I cannot even sign into MySky App.

Asks for username and password, I put them in and it says neither are recognised even though they are accurate

I cannot access any sky rewards despite being a platinum member

Very frustrating

Please help!!

I've downloaded the My Sky app but when I try to login it automatically sends the login to safari and then when I log in it's the internet and it won't allow me to view or accept reward. Tried to delete app and start again but still won't give me the app access I need for my rewards

This might be a long shot @Leonie+Evans but try turning off private relay:

Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Private Relay
