I can download some films but I can others. Error Code 1526 appears when I try

On these others that you can not download have you previously downloaded them this month ?

It might be connected somehow so I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you tomorrow regarding this via a blue chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

@caesarome Unfortunately I won't have access to the internet until the new year, last time I can post. Is there a behind the scenes fix that can be implemented without needing my input?

No there isn't anything you can do @FrogmanPete .
