MySky App won't load on iOS15.2

I am unable to open the MySky app on my iphone running iOS15.2.

The app will open but won't load past the sky logo screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as rebooting my device but nothing has unstuck it.

SkyGo app works fine. Issue is isolated to the MySky app.

Do you have private relay enabled within your phones settings if so see what happens if you disable it.

Private Relay is not enabled.

I tried connecting on mobile data instead of wifi and it has now worked...could be a fluke. It's strange because my broadband/wifi is also Sky.
