DPD Delivery

Hi, I ordered a new phone and didn't receive an order number. I have had nothing to say the phone has been dispatched but I have a missed you card from DPD. I don't know if it's a scam or if it's this phone as they want to rebook the slot and I have no order number.

Have you checked your order tracking page? https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

If the card is from DPD then there should be a website address to go to where you can redeliver the item. I can't see someone posting through a DPD Missed delivery card as a scam unless they are asking for payment or such.

I can't get through on that link or the phone to sky. They've left me a text which is why I'm unsure if it's a scam
